To ensure your satisfaction, we have formulated a cancellation and refund policy, addressing common queries. Please review the following:

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for:

(a) Returns of purchased goods, subject to valid reasons,

(b) Obtaining refunds for purchased goods, subject to specific conditions,

(c) Order cancellations within a specified timeframe.

Please note that while we make every effort to facilitate returns, refunds, and cancellations, certain restrictions are necessary to meet our business, legal, and contractual obligations. Additionally, each Al Hassan product may have specific guidelines regarding returns, refunds, or cancellations, which take precedence over this policy. It is important to familiarize yourself with the applicable guidelines before making a purchase.

What can be returned and when?

You can return a product if:

(a) You receive a faulty or defective item (e.g., damaged or leaked perfume bottle, non-functional electric incense burner),

(b) You receive a product that differs from your order,

(c) You receive a product that appears different from its actual description,

(d) The delivered product is not the exact size you ordered (size issues),

NOTE: For any complaints regarding faulty deliveries that require a return or refund (e.g., a stolen product from the package, damaged product, empty package), you must provide us with an unboxing video of the package for your query to be addressed by our customer care. Without a video, no complaint will be entertained.

What can be returned and when?

You cannot return:

(a) Items that have been used, worn, washed, or soiled,

(b) Branded items once the seal is broken, unless compensation is provided,

(c) Consumable products once the seal is broken unless compensation is provided.

Conditions for returning products

To be eligible for a return, the products must meet the following conditions:

(a) The products must be returned in their original condition, including any bills, tags, and labels,

(b) The products must be in their original form and unsoiled,

(c) The brand packaging should be intact,

(d) Replacement of a product will be subject to its availability on the website at that time.

You cannot return:

To raise a dispute, please contact us via WhatsApp at +918885978692. Your message should include the name/image of the product and the order ID, along with a detailed description of the issue. This must be done within 3 days of receiving the product. Disputes registered after 3 days of delivery will be entertained at the discretion of the Al Hassan team. If eligible, you must send the product back to us within 7 days.

You cannot return:

(a) Orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours,

(b) If the product is not yet dispatched, we have the authority to cancel it (please inform us).

Note: We reserve the right to cancel any order that is priced incorrectly or out of stock.
